Quality of the foil

In the production of the stickers, we use the PVC special film 3651 from Oracal with the adhesive solvent polyacrylate, permanently adhesive for brilliant and colorful stickers outdoors.

Printing process

Solvent-based inkjet printing, applied with a Roland VP 300
Finally, a liquid laminate is applied for additional mechanical and UV protection.
According to the film manufacturer, a shelf life of 4.5 years is generally assumed. By using the additional laminate, the durability is extended to approx. 5 ¼ years.
The stickers are therefore definitely suitable for outdoor use, e.g. on cars and motorcycles, on shop windows ...

Note
After printing, the ink must be allowed to thoroughly dry, in order to avoid any issues when later combined with the laminate.
Surfaces to which the material will be applied must be thoroughly cleaned and free from dust, grease or any contamination
which could affect the adhesion of the material. Freshly lacquered or painted surfaces should be allowed to dry for at least
three weeks and to completely cure. The compatibility of the selected lacquers and paints should be tested by the user, prior
to the application of the material. Furthermore the application information published by ORAFOL must be considered.
The batch traceability according to ISO 9001 is possible on the basis of the roll number.
